About Victor
Victor was a remarkable person, a valued colleague, a devoted friend and a passionate mentor who has left a lasting legacy with his family, friends and colleagues. Victor was someone who was kind, caring and committed to supporting those around him. He worked at BMO for the last 12 years and most recently served as the Chief Information and Operations Officer for BMO Capital Markets and Commercial Bank. He was an exceptional leader and a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in work and in life. While technology was Victor’s passion, he was also fiercely dedicated to building a more inclusive society and served as a respected member of many councils and boards.
Education
As a lifelong learner committed to continuing education, Victor was a graduate of the Rotman Executive Masters of Business Administration program, holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto Scarborough, Master of Science, has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Woodsworth College, and earned his Global Professional Master of Laws from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law. While balancing full-time leadership roles. This multidisciplinary education provided him with a broad knowledge base, enabling him to excel in complex roles that required understanding of technology, business, and legal aspects.
